I am a writer, essayist, a member of the International Writers’ Guild, and the author of three books: the essay collection «Не беспокойся, со мной всё хорошо», the children’s book «Самый сладкий пирожок», and the conceptual play «Кстати, мама!».

My work moves between essays, children’s literature and experimental drama writing. I often return to questions of memory, childhood, migration, motherhood, language, and the ways private life intersects with history and culture.

I studied Romance and Germanic Philology at Belarusian State University. Since 2015, I have also been writing Expresso, an independent newsletter where I bring together personal essays, cultural observation, social commentary and a literary way of looking at everyday life. Over the years, it has grown into a stable community of around 20,000 readers in Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and across Europe. For me, Expresso is part of a wider writing practice: a way of thinking in public, paying attention to language, memory, cultural shifts and the patterns through which larger stories reveal themselves.

My writing often begins with the principle: pay attention to what you pay attention to. It helps me notice what I keep returning to, ask why it matters, and trace its connection to the past and current events. Above all, I write in order to understand what I think.
